At APERÇU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your frames. If you are not perfectly happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn eyewear in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the eyewear securely in its original branded case and box, ensuring all protective films and cleaning cloths are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned frames, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
