What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn frames in their original packaging. Please note that sale items and customized prescription lenses are final sale.
How should I care for my handmade acetate frames?
To maintain their luster, clean your frames with the provided microfiber cloth and lukewarm water. Avoid using household detergents or leaving them in high-heat environments like a car dashboard.
Can I have my prescription filled by APERÇU?
Currently, we sell our frames with non-prescription sun or demo lenses. However, our frames are optical-grade and can be easily fitted with prescription lenses by your local optician.
